What Office adds

• Meetings, for everyone with a seatWhat you want to raise, what was actually said, and what anyone agreed to do about it. Standing meetings create the next one when you mark one held and carry whatever is still open across to it. Prep stays private; the record doesn't.
• Action items that go to a personAssign something out of a meeting and it lands with them to accept or decline. An accepted one becomes a note in their own feed, so nothing agreed in a room lives only in the minutes.
• Work and life kept apart, per personA Work/Life switch above the tags, on every seat. One side put away takes its notes and its tags with it, so the board somebody opens on a Monday is the job and nothing else. • Ops seats for the crewA maintenance technician does not need a notes drawer, a calendar or a meetings history, and pricing them as though they did is how a crew of thirty never gets accounts at all. Every seat here already opens modulate ops; an ops seat is the cheaper way to put somebody on the boards who needs nothing else. $15 a month each, once the 5 seats the plan includes are taken - and those 5 can be ops seats too, so a crew of three in the office and two in trucks pays the base and nothing more. A seat goes either way whenever you like.
• Pooled storage5 GB per seat, added together and left undivided. 5 seats is 25 GB of shared storage for the whole company. Nobody gets an allowance of their own, so one person with a camera full of site photos can use what the rest aren't.
